Distribution Manager

Lokasi Kerja di : Cibitung

Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the daily work activities of Distribution Department to ensure that delivery movement is timely, cost-effective and in accordance.
    Actively engage customer on regular basis and perform customer service role.
    Manage transporters and review KPI assessment.
    Proactively manage site operations, address ongoing operational issues at all levels, liaise with operational management team and staff.
    Maintain distribution activity records (including lost/damaged shipments and employee on-site injuries) as required for insurance documentation and internal and external reporting requirements and perform all duties as assigned by Country Manager and report promptly with accuracy.

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Cibitung Agustus 2013:

    Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
    Minimum of 3 years experience in Logistics (Warehouse and Distribution) field with 2 years experience in managerial level
    Possess strong people management skill
    Good command of English both oral and written
    Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
    Have strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skill
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Determined, energetic and self-motivated
    Willing to work long hours
    Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi
