Quality Assurance Manager

Lokasi Kerja di : Purbalingga (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

    Planning and coordination in order to conduct Quality coordination meetings / events based on customer needs.
    Implement, monitor, review of QA/QC management systems.
    Coordinate Quality inspections, troubleshoot product non-conformances, process flow, and conduct necessary corrective actions.
    Coordinate with manufacturing team and other internal and external organizations to handle and solve product issues for customer satisfaction.
    Oversee Quality Assurance systems and finished goods to ensure that they comply with pre-determined specifications.
    Check and improve Quality Control procedures for internal and/or suppliers – from raw material through to finished goods.     
    Monitor the implementation of the procedures and lead improvements.

Requirements Lowongan Kerja Purbalingga Agustus 2013:

    Max. 40 years old.
    Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Quality area from manufacturing industry.
    Strong analytically thinking with the ability to secure information, identify key issues and understand cause-effect relationships.
    Knowledge and experience in ISO Standards & GMP quality requirements.
    Ability to process raw information/datainto comprehensive reports in order to generate corrective actions/improvements.
    Proficient in relevant data-processing programs and able to enhance highly literate IT skills to improve SOP for operation specs and standards, in order to conform towards customer requirement.
    This position will be based in our factory in Purbalingga – Central Java.
