Engineering Supervisor (IPT Lead Engineer)
Lokasi Kerja di : Pandaan (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
The IPT Engineer Lead is responsible for leading Engineering and Maintenance, accountable on establishment, implementation and monitoring manufacturing and packaging equipment, responsible to ensure the preventive maintenance system on manufacturing and packaging equipment for operation, production, quality and safety well establish, implement effectively and manage the team and functions of teamwork in order to optimize productivity and minimize the down time within the IPT.
Requirements Lowongan Kerja Pandaan Agustus 2013:
Engineering Degree
At least 7 (Seven) years technical and management experience
Strong leadership to manage the engineering and maintenance services to support the overall business and operation.
Strong interpersonal, consultative & communication skills to interact with people's at all levels of organization.
